ReaderCore（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。

1. ファイルの取り扱い

• ユーザーが選択したファイルとページ内容は、端末内で処理されます。
• 閲覧ファイル、ファイル名、ページ内容、読書履歴を開発者のサーバーへアップロードしません。
• アカウント登録、広告、アプリを横断するトラッキングは行いません。

2. 任意の匿名フィードバック

「開発者からのメモ」からユーザーが送信ボタンを押した場合に限り、次の情報を送信します。

• ユーザーが入力した自由記述のコメント
• 機種モデルの識別名、iOSバージョン
• アプリのバージョンとビルド番号
• アプリで選択中の表示言語
• 送信日時

送信しない情報：氏名、メールアドレス、Apple Account、広告識別子、端末のシリアル番号、閲覧ファイルの情報、その他の継続的なユーザー・端末識別子。コメント欄には個人情報や機密情報を入力しないでください。

3. 匿名の利用状況分析

本アプリはFirebase Analyticsを利用し、ファイルの取り込み・表示が正常に完了したか、どの閲覧機能が利用されているかを測定するため、仮名化された利用状況情報を収集します。収集対象には次の情報が含まれます。

• 初回起動やセッションなど、アプリのライフサイクルイベント
• 取り込み開始・結果の件数、ファイル形式、取り込み元、粗い失敗分類
• Readerの表示開始・結果、ファイル形式、粗い失敗分類
• 読書継続、検索・マークアップ機能の利用、ペイウォール表示、購入・復元結果
• アプリバージョン、OS、端末情報、Firebase Analyticsが付与する仮名化されたアプリインスタンス識別子

Analyticsへ送信しない情報：ファイル名、ファイルパス、ファイル内容、検索文字列、注釈本文、購入トランザクションの詳細。Analyticsは製品改善のために利用し、広告やアプリを横断するトラッキングには利用しません。

4. 利用目的

匿名フィードバックは、バグ調査、サポート、アプリ改善のためにのみ利用します。送信は任意であり、送信しなくてもファイル閲覧機能を利用できます。

5. Firebaseによる処理

• 匿名フィードバックは、Google Firebase Cloud Firestoreの東京リージョン（asia-northeast1）に保存されます。
• Firebase SDKはサービス提供に必要な技術情報として、端末、OS、アプリのBundle ID、開発プラットフォームを含むFirebaseユーザーエージェントを送信します。Firebaseは、この情報をユーザーまたは端末の識別子に紐付けないと説明しています。
• Googleは、適用されるFirebaseおよびGoogle Cloudの規約とプライバシー文書に基づいて情報を処理します。

6. 保持とセキュリティ

• フィードバックは、バグ調査、サポート、改善に合理的に必要な期間だけ保持し、その後削除します。
• Firestoreのセキュリティルールは、アプリからの新規投稿のみを許可し、アプリ利用者による保存済み投稿の読み取り、更新、削除を禁止します。
• 投稿は匿名のため、内容とおおよその送信日時が分からない場合、特定の投稿を識別できないことがあります。

7. 子どものプライバシー

フィードバック欄は、子どもの個人情報を送信するためのものではありません。子どもの個人情報が送信されたと思われる場合は、可能な範囲で調査・削除しますのでご連絡ください。

8. 変更とお問い合わせ

アプリの動作が変わる場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。お問い合わせはReaderCoreのGitHub Issuesをご利用ください。

ReaderCore (the “App”) respects your privacy.

1. File handling

• Files and page content you select are processed on your device.
• We do not upload reading files, file names, page content, or reading history to the developer’s servers.
• The App does not require an account and does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. Optional anonymous feedback

Only when you tap Send in “Notes from the Developer,” the App sends:

• The free-form comment you enter
• The device model identifier and iOS version
• The App version and build number
• The App’s selected display language
• The submission timestamp

Not included: your name, email address, Apple Account, advertising identifier, device serial number, reading file information, or other stable user or device identifiers. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in the comment.

3. Anonymous product analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect pseudonymous usage information to measure whether importing and opening files succeeds and which reader features are useful. This includes:

• App lifecycle events such as first open and sessions
• Import start/result counts, file format, import source, and coarse failure categories
• Reader open start/result, file format, and coarse failure categories
• Reader engagement, search/markup feature use, paywall views, and purchase/restore outcomes
• App version, operating system, device information, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier supplied by Firebase Analytics

Not sent to Analytics: file names, file paths, file contents, search text, annotation text, or purchase transaction details. Analytics is used for product measurement and improvement, not advertising or cross-app tracking.

4. Purpose

Anonymous feedback is used only to investigate bugs, provide support, and improve the App. Submission is optional, and all file-reading features remain available without it.

5. Firebase processing

• Anonymous feedback is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore in the Tokyo region (asia-northeast1).
• The Firebase SDK transmits technical information needed to provide the service, including a Firebase user agent containing device, operating system, App bundle ID, and developer platform information. Firebase states that this information is not linked to a user or device identifier.
• Google processes information under its applicable Firebase and Google Cloud terms and privacy documentation.

6. Retention and security

• Feedback is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for bug investigation, support, and App improvement, and is then deleted.
• Firestore security rules allow the App to create a feedback entry but do not allow App users to read, update, or delete stored feedback.
• Because feedback is anonymous, we may be unable to identify a particular submission without its approximate time and content.

7. Children

The feedback form is not intended for submitting personal data about children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where possible.

8. Changes and contact
